History & Mission
Established in May 2016, The Foundation was formed for the promotion of and education in Celtic Cultural Art Forms and to support the members of various Celtic organizations.
Since then, the organization has expanded greatly, supporting many different Celtic Arts groups in the Lancaster area and promoting Celtic Arts of all kinds. The Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
In its short history, The Foundation has already proven to be extremely active in the community, hosting the Rose & Shamrock Celtic Festival, founding the Celtic Night at the Barnstormers and having its Dance-Members perform in over 50 shows each year at retirement communities, schools, private clubs, restaurants, theaters, festivals, parades, etc... Students of the Fiddle program have also performed with the Keystone fiddlers at various Celtic festivals.
The Foundation continues to look for ways in which to expand on its mission and benefit the community.
